The episode was shot last fall and in it, the Lemme founder, 45, is getting ready to give birth to Rocky Thirteen Barker, her son with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 48.
'A couple months ago, we had a terrifying scare where I had to have emergency fetal surgery,' the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum explained in a confessional.
The scene then cuts to the reality TV star recovering from the surgery.
'Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung,' she explained.

'And it's super rare, that this [is] the condition that he had but it's also super rare and lucky that we caught it.
'And thank you, God, for this successful surgery. I'm honestly just so grateful, I have no words,' she gushed with relief.
The show then cut to her in the confessional again where she continued to talk about how she was feeling during that scary time.
'I was definitely filled with fear after the surgery and the fluid in his lungs. Actually it did start coming back and then I watched this documentary called Heal that was all about the power of positive thinking and how our thinking can really affect our health,' she said.
'And then I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers, and after I had that mindset shift, the fluid was completely gone and we had not one single problem after.'
In September, Kourtney wrote about the relief she felt after the surgery was successful in an Instagram post.
'As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,' she wrote.
'I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.'

'You keep us safe and protected and take care of us. Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you!'
